I’m only giving them one star because I have to give at least one to leave a review. They are the worst insurance company I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with! I paid the premium for fully comp up front and in full. They asked me to upload my no claims bonus which I did straight away. They obviously weren’t reviewing my uploaded files so kept sending me emails saying that if I didn’t upload it within the time my policy would be cancelled and I’d get nothing back so I kept uploading it. They eventually saw it and just kept asking me for more and more documents and ridiculous things like me writing down the claim I made 3 years ago AGAINST the driver who was at fault and sign it so I did and uploaded it, they got me to write more and more and then asked for the full report from my old insurance company to verify I was telling the truth and then demanding that I get a letter from the other guy’s insurance company with the details and while all of these demands were being made they emailed me saying if I didn’t upload everything they requested that they will cancel my policy so I got so fkd up and they were still refusing to give me my insurance disc so at this point I went to axa and got my policy with them. I went and cancelled my policy with its4women and I’m still within the 14 days cooling off period so I’m supposed to be entitled to a full refund. They said they are giving me back less than half of what I paid for the year’s policy so basically they are charging me for 7 months insurance cover for a cover of under 14 days! All insurance companies must have a 14 day cooling off period where the customer can cancel and are entitled to their FULL refund!!! Its4women even advertises this as well. This is not legal! Since going with them I’ve heard nothing only really bad things about them but if they think they are going to get away with keeping 7 months worth of insurance cover when I was still in the cooling off period they have another think coming! The cooling off period only begins when they issue you with your policy certificate and disc which they refused to give me. And to make everything so much more infuriating you cannot speak to anyone about anything! There’s absolutely no way to communicate with them! I’m taking this to the regulators!

Do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction if you ever come across its4women. My encounter with them has been nothing short of a Kafkaesque nightmare, filled with predatory fees and an impenetrable wall of silence when you try to reach them. Let's start with the cancellation fee debacle. Imagine my shock when I discovered that not only did its4women cancel my policy, but they had the gall to charge me almost 300E a cancellation fee for the privilege! It's akin to being mugged and then being handed a bill for the bullet. This blatant money-grabbing tactic is a slap in the face to any semblance of decency or fairness.
Now, onto the farce that is their customer support. Forget about trying to call them—you might as well be shouting into the void. The only way to attempt communication is through their online chat, which might as well be manned by bots programmed to ignore you. Hours spent waiting for a response, only to be met with canned replies or, worse yet, no response at all. It's like trying to have a meaningful conversation with a brick wall.
And don't even get me started on their actual coverage. When it comes time to make a claim, be prepared to jump through hoops of fire while they do everything in their power to wriggle out of paying you what you're owed. Their idea of customer service is to make your life as difficult as possible, leaving you high and dry when you need them most.
In conclusion, steer clear of its4women unless you enjoy throwing your money into a black hole of incompetence and greed. There are plenty of other insurance companies out there who actually value their customers and provide a decent level of service. Do yourself a favor and choose literally anyone else.

I have been in discussion with this company now for probably 3 weeks. My insurance policy actually started on the 29th November. Since then I have uploaded all the documents that they have requested at various times. On occasions they have stated that they are still being manually checked. One of the current issues is that they require the green part of our licences. I have told them constantly that the DVLA on an English licence no longer issues a green part and I have sent them what the DVLA has on the system as regards driving experience / endorsements / penalty points etc but they still keep on asking for a green part. It is ridiculous.

You cant talk to a human being and I have had endless long live chats with their agents. I have now paid over 150 GBP and they are now threatening to cancel my insurance if they do not receive / accept what I have uploaded. No doubt if they cancel, then I will not see any of my money returned.

These companies operating solely in cyber mode might get you lower premiums but in the long run when there are issues, you the customer will pay the price.

The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get a letter of named driver experience since February 2020 it is now April 2020. I did initially dispute the €20 charge for the privilege, but they sure are making it as difficult as possible for me now despite my agreement to pay the charge. The call-back service is an all time low in customer service. This company is a disgrace. In my experience their customer service processes are designed to avoid and antagonise customers. It would be interesting to ask the opinion of the Insurance Directorate and Ombudsman on these appalling customer service processes.

I had to cancel , a month short of the end of policy as car is scrapped.
I had to cancel by writing, ie pen, paper, stamp....
Then get an email to SEND you my policy....
TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.......WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN AND WARN MY FRIENDS OFF YOU....

The date for direct debit for my insurance was set up for the 10th of each month, They end up trying to take it on 8th, and I wasn't advised of it so I end up paying 10 euro extra for my missing direct debit to my bank and extra 15 euro for my insurance because I missed my payment date!!!!!! how ridiculous is this??? 25 euro spent for their lack of competency !!!!!! do you need a calendar????????????

Great company as long as you don't want to get in contact with them. Sent a whole day endlessly ringing to change insurance details and couldn't get an answer. In the end I had to start a new policy with another company and loose a year's no claims bonus, I canceled my policy via a letter. In fairness when staff did call me to confirm I had cancelled they were polite.

Super experience! Had heard this from friends, really pleased i tried its4women.com. Price was lowest i found and the policy was detailed and as comprehensive as i could see out there - liked the different levels of excess too!

Great service and the best price around. I was recently very glad that the policy included breakdown recovery.

Very competitive quote given to me - nearly £200 cheaper than my previous insurers renewal notice plus included break down and ncb protection. Good value for money. Have never been with the company so hope the customer service is good if I ever need anything :-D

I've been with this company for a few years now, I've always found them helpful and they are always among the cheaper quotes. I've had a few claims, only one my fault, I felt nervous ringing when it was my fault, but, the service was just as good and reassuring as when I had been hit by someone else, nothing to worry about. I can view my documents online at anytime, though there seems to be two similar websites, one ending in .co.uk and one ending .com. One works okay when signing in and the other doesn't, don't know what's going on there! My only gripe is it costs to amend details like address, even online, but, It's the same with all insurance companies now. Come on Its4women go one better than the rest and make it free online to update details!

JUST BOUGHT MY CAR INSURANCE FROM ITS4WOMEN. SAVED ME OVER £300 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
