Failing its Consumer Duty Outcomes
Surely this company cant be achieving its Consumer Duty targets, perhaps the Regulator should look more closely at Intrum.
So far today I have waited in a telephone que for over an hour. I then attempted to use their call back service by texting 60070, only to be called back and get put back in another call waiting que.
For anyone reading this, Consumer Duty means that a company should be ensuring that consumers get communications they can understand, products and services that meet their needs and offer fair value, and they get the customer support they need, when they need it.
Intrum has failed on all these points in my opinion and as I cant contact them to raise a complaint regarding this, I shall take the complaint directly to the regulator and to the FOS.
