Really helpful sales staff
Scott has been helping me understand what materials I need for a renovation project. His help has been fantastic. Didn't end up ordering with them as needed something they didn't have in stock and couldn't wait but will definitely use them in the future for other projects in the house given how supportive their sales staff have been.
I am sure I will be able to update this to 5 star when I use them in future.

From the first phone call to the delivery, everything was 100%. I dread phoning orders, but this was a whole new experience. I was guided through the purchase process, payment was easy and immediately had confirmation of the order. I was kept informed of the progress via email and had a phone call regarding the actual delivery. The driver phoned me just prior to arrival on site and unloaded, even though the access was not easy. Definitely a 5 star experience, will be my first port of call next time! From the telesales operator to the delivery driver, everyone was great to deal with.

Appalling - delivered wrong product based on web site images but wouldn't accept it!
Appalling. Will not be buying from this company again. Delivered the wrong product (not consistent with the images on their web site) and then refused to even discuss the fact that the images were incorrect and just blamed the manufacturer, Kingspan for those incorrect images - and the content of the images don't illustrate what you'll get apparently. Just did not listen. Friendly voice but didn't listen. So much for customer service,

I understand you queried the edge of the board - this is outlined in the specification table as rebated, images are a representation of the product and this is outlined in our T&Cs, we would advise anyone buying specialist products such as these, to check all specifications and data sheets.

Placed the order easily, then was offered an earlier delivery, obviously i accepted. As it is a private house, the driver parked where it was easier for traffic to pass and then brought pallet to my door on a forklift. My neighbours appreciated the thoughtfulness,

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately things do happen, we do ask customers to notify us within 48 hours of their order with any issues, but I cannot see any correspondence from you, so we would have been unaware of any issues. With regards to tracking, we do deliver on our own fleet of vehicles rather than rely on couriers so we have full traceability. I can see we sent you a 24/48 hour notification of your delivery, on that communication we do advise to contact us and we can give you a more accurate ETA (normally a two hour window). My apologies your experience wasn't as expected.
