Instructor stopped along the way to ask for questions, highlighted what’s important on the test. Hands on practice after each topic was very helpful.

The instructor was good, but I felt like he was going too fast. Great communication skills, great teacher and very informative.

It was a great class! Very interactive and fun! The instructor explained everything we needed to know for BLS certification. I would definitely take it again for certification renewal!

the training was comprehensive enough to learn all the details, but concise enough so that it kept my focus and attention. the trainer struck me as a nice enough person, but i found their mannerisms/tone/reactions to participants' questions/comments to be somewhat condescending and dismissive, and then I noticed that the trainer backed-pedaled after the fact when they realized that peoples' questions/comments were actually valid and relevant to the training. The participants were all female, this trainer was a male, so I'm not sure if this is how this trainer interacts with men as well.

Instructor was thorough yet light-hearted. Hope to update again with Sofia in two years!

This is my 4th renewal through in-pulse. In-pulse offers multiple, convenient locations and various time slot options which makes it very easy for working professionals to find a class that fits ones busy schedule. Rob has been the best instructor to date. HANDS DOWN! He remained engaged, provided fun facts, kept us on our toes, offered constructive feedback and was encouraging.

This was the best CPR renewal I've ever been a part of, and I say that sincerely. There are always going to be instructors who aren't invested in the material and aren't excited to be doing the class early on a Saturday morning. Our instructor in Bloomington, MN on 10/29 was fantastic. He was engaged and tried to recreate a real-life scenario as best as possible. He was open to questions and very helpful.
