Shad made the CPR class a great experience. He explained all the steps and different ways to perform our duties in great detail and allowed us to ask questions. He provided a fun and safe environment and ultimately makes a great teacher.

Shad is an amazing instructor who really cares. He took the time to teach the importance of CPR and the proper technique. I have been certified for many years and have never had such an enthusiastic and interesting instructor!!

The materials were excellent and very helpful in reinforcing the information that we learned during our class time. Rob our instructor did an amazing job of explaining each technique, and why each one was important for us to know. He made sure to watch each one of us so that he could give us positive feed back on how we might improve our techniques if necessary.
