Neither "Grade A refurbished" or working AVOID
After many many years of succesful purchases I decided I was going to purchase at least three of these compiuters and decided to try one to see if it would suit my purposes before buying more. However, after wasting a lot of time and receiving terrible, indeed abysmal and condescending after purchase advice and service, I returned the item. The computer sent was clearly NOT "GRADE A refurbished" as advertised with the battery only registered 71% of design capacity and with a completely non working trackpad . Requested contact with known contact of many years to resolve but was flatly refused. I have recommended many people to your sites in the past and I am afraid that I will not be doing so any more. Your loss I'm afraid.
