Micah answered all my Identity Guard questions related to access to the website, the current migration, PwC options and upgrading to a family plan. He was knowledgeable, thorough and patient. Will not issue refund on renewal date. We don't want or need the service for another year, but they refuse to issue a refund. They also did not cancel the service that we were clear we did not want. We had to go online and cancel it ourselves, and will have to dispute the charges through our bank. Not a good customer experience. They just want your money and don't care if you're satisfied or not.

When someone calls for any issues with their identity it is a stressful situation. The lady who answered my call had a calming voice in a stressful call. When someone calls any support line they are at the end of their rope and need some reassurance. I received it.

Terrible experience,poor billing service. Aura billed my card twice for a same service of a year subscription and after I noticed gave them a call,I got flimsy excuses of getting a refund, had to call my bank to file a claim of the second charge which wasn’t supposed to be in the first place.then they went ahead to unsubscribe me which was fine but are failing to refund my initial payment of a year subscription which never lasted a month, now they re claiming am not getting a balance that its not free,for the same subscription they said/advertised you are entitled your money back if not satisfied..you guys haven’t head the last of me..Fraudulent services!!!

Bob saved me cancelling my account. I never had to call Identity for an issue. It took over 20mins to get to Bob. I realize there are technical issues, but it was very frustrated and I wanted to cancel the account and go elsewhere. Bob explained things and was very patient and informative. If I ever have to call to ask about an "alert issue" I will ask for Bob.

I did not sign up. Must have been through bank or credit card fraud when they automatically add 🤔 I cancelled and was ignored. Kept getting charged had to cancel 2x. This is fraudalent. Specifically concerned that they know credit score when I have a freeze on all reporting agencies for 20 years. I NEVER authorized Identity guard access to my credit. Very upsetting.
