It took just 3 days for a technician to arrive at my home, in the past it could take 2 or 3 weeks!

The company assigned a vendor who arrived the next day, diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner and provided a temporary solution. The follow up request for a part replacement was approved next day and the vendor was able to finish the work quickly and relieve our a/c issue on 90-degrees days.

It was an easy process taking care of my issue. They set up an appointment with a contractor, I called him and fixed my issue

They'll try everything they can to get out of covering your claim, yet send incessant emails and phone calls to renew your policy.

My dishwasher was unable to be repaired. I was told that it would be repaired or replaced. Instead, I was given a gift card for $272. The lowest price for a dishwasher I could find was $300. So I thought that was reasonable. However, delivery, installation and haul away was almost $300, making the cost of replacing it out of reach. I contacted customer support and explained the situation and asked that the credit be increased or that the service fee be waived. There was no negotiating. $272 was it. When I had American Home Shield and one appliance failed it was replaced with a new one and installed with no out of pocket costs to me. The service fee is more expensive compared to HWA but the coverage was exceptional. I'm very disappointed in my experience with HWA.

The company that came out A&N they was professional and clean. They new their job plus did well.

Put in my A/C claim on 5/31 and was contacted by HWA 6/1 with an appointment for 6/2 after noon. Tech arrived timely in unmarked truck but had uniform, checked Condenser and said it was low on Freon so added same. Unit cooling now

The plumber was very nice

I have different situations that need to be fix for plumbing related, I called HWA to report them, they took the report and send me a company to fix the problem that was in the house. They fixed.
