Popped into H Samuel in Oxford as there was a 50% Sale on and I wanted a pair of Earrings. The Manager was extremely helpful and I ended up buying 3 pairs. It was a pleasure to shop there

Really good service from H.Samuel. Made an appointment to be seen in store. My son choose a ring for his 21st Birthday. They didn't have his size but we were able to order it to our home address. It arrived within 4 days. My Son loves his ring and it fits perfectly.

Disappointing
Ordered earrings and given date to collect in-store, only to receive notification a few days later that they were out of stock. Very disapointed.
