Very disappointed with the service and attitude at the Sutton Branch. I had a refund of £43.99 (long story) and chose a pair of earrings with a £79.99 price ticket. I was happy to pay the difference and subsequently asked for my Blue Light (NHS) discount, as Samuel's honor the Blue Card, to be applied to the difference. As they were working it all out the earrings came up as £99.99 apparently there has been an increase in gold prices and the price ticket hadn't been updated accordingly. The store said they would "use their discretion but didn't have to" and honor the £79.99 price tag but would not apply the Blue Card discount as as far as they were concerned they were already discounted. As far as I was concerned the price was £79.99 and not my problem they hadn't updated the price ticket and therefore my Blue Card discount should have applied. Instead of which I was made to feel they were doing me a favor by charging me the advertised ticket price. I did not buy the earrings and opted for a gift card and walked away.

I visited Sutton store and was served by Kim who's absolutely delightful as she established what I wanted and provided excellent service. Absolutely will recommend her store for looking for special jewellery.

My experience was great at HS Samuel Sutton. Manpreet was extremely helpful when I was struggling to choose my mums gift. She gave me a 10 percent discount and was extremely nice when I changed my mind. She made my experience very great.

I went along this morning ( Thurs 18th Dec ) with my daughter to buy a watch for my grandson's birthday.We arrived 10 minutes early for our 11am app with Kim,who was looking after another customer and as a result we were seen by a really lovely young lady whose name I have shamefully forgot,but did tell us she lived in Wallington near to my daughter.She was so helpful and kind and a credit to H Samuel,very impressed with her.My first ever visit to your store but as a consequence of I think I will return to buy my grandaughter her birthday present in 5 months time.Oh and I did buy a watch from her.

I purchased a really nice little gold bracelet for my wife's birthday for just under £100 very thin light weight. Nothing wrong there, but I did think being offered a voucher for £25 of my next purchase that I was being massively over charged. Definatly will think again about Samuel's

H Samuel in Sutton.. the ladies were absolutely amazing.. very pleasant and so helpful.. we had a discount which was fab. We will definitely be returning when we are looking for something In particular.

The item I bought from them -chain got broken after 3 months of use and they wasn’t able to fix it. So, no money back and no replacement or repair. I trusted to their reputation but obviously they don’t deserve it. I have chat with them and…..
Today after two weeks I have been offered replacement finally in Sutton store. The staff there was very kind.
I hope this time everything will be fine.

It took over a month for my ring to be re-sized. when eventually i did get a text the ring was fine

My wife was attempting to clear the balance on two insurance pre-paid cards. The assistants were very helpful, especially Elsie. My wife was extremely happy with the outcome and the items purchased.

I needed to return my watch for repair whilst it was still under warranty. The staff were really friendly and helpful and made the process of returning the watch a pain free experience. I was so impressed with the service that I bought another watch whilst there as a present for a family member.

Lady was very helpful to find the right earings for my young daughter

The assistant was on her second day of working for Samuels, she did her very best when the till wouldn't accept the code for the item I was buying. The "Manager" came out from the back office and "barked" at her, she didn't acknowledge me waiting or apologise for delay etc, I felt very sorry for the new member of staff who did apologise and I tried to reassure her it was OK and that we all had to start somewhere. I only hope the manager has had some people skill training as she let you down with her level of service

The sales Assistant was helpful. Directed me to the item/ jewellery I was looking for.
