Terrible service
Terrible service, went in to buy a Hugo boss watch and the entire time I was there did not greeted once, tried to attract the attention of one of the sales people by asking if the could also adjust the strap and she just bark "£20", that was it. Disgusting service, walked out and went to another jewellers. Sort your customer service out.

Very helpful lady in Southend on Sea…
Very helpful lady in Southend on Sea store this afternoon. 18th March @1538
Needed to buy a watch to wear to work so didn't want to spend huge amount ,but also wanted it to look nice. Did not feel pushed to buy something expensive like you might of been elsewhere. Glad I came into store as she had to take out two of the links for it to fit. Bought a nice Sekonda one.
Would use the store again

Staff extremely helpful and patient. I bought a watch and put another watch in for a battery xhange. They couldn't get the watch back back on after trying for at least 30 minutes. They were very apologetic and have now sent my watch off to get fixed,all at their own expense.
