Huge disappointment. If I could give 0 star i would!

Bought a Engagement ring & The stone fell out of my fiances ring after less than 8 month on her finger. Despite having the receipt and the stone lucky the stone fell out in her hand bag, we traveled to the Trafford centre and we had the displeasure of been served by a lady called Hannah she was rude dismissif and lacked any form of compassion for our situation and had little to no customer service skills to top it of Hannah blamed the stone coming off to my fiances faces witch is utterly unacceptable!

We have now gone to several independent jewelers and have been quoted less than half that price that we have been quoted by your repair team.

You should be ashamed of your service in store provided by Hannah and how unhelpful even your customer service was. I’ve completely lost respect for h.samuel and definitely won't be returning

Can’t thank Rhea at Trafford centre store enough for her help and her patience today, after returning my wedding rings (for the 3rd time) for a repair, she also dealt with my 2nd repair. nothing was too much trouble, she talked us through the insurance policy and what we needed to do. really lovely member of the team at H.Samuel. 10/10. thank you so much.

Went to Trafford Center shop again and was ignored again, long time customer of Samuels (standard set by the Fort in Manchester EXCELLENT SHOP)the staff at Traff C. are only interested in chatting to each other or in my experience dealing with the same ethinicty. I will continue to shop with Samuel's but i will never use the Trafford Centre...

We dealt with Nathan today and can honestly say he was the most helpful person we’ve dealt with in H Samuel from across 3 branches.

We came into the Manchester Trafford branch today after my engagement ring has snapped for the second time in 10 months. He was extremely helpful and understanding and was able to completely resolve the issue for us without any questions. He has actually restored our faith in the company. Although we have walked away without our engagement ring, we have walked away feeling relief that the nightmare we have had is over. I have had the ring for 10 months and in that time, it has been repaired by H Samuel 3 times and continued snapping/tarnishing.

Other branches blamed us and tried to charge us for the repairs but Nathan went completely above and beyond. All credit where it’s due, thank you

Poor Quality/Bad customer service !
My partner purchased my engagement ring on 12th February to propose on 14th February. The ring was too big so we exchanged it for a smaller one which we received on 20th February.
I wore the ring for exactly 15 days which I take off for showers/cleans and take super good care with it being so sentimental. On the 6th March I look down and no diamond! I was so upset as I hadn’t banged/knocked it or caught it on anything and as I said I’ve been so careful.
So I went to the Trafford Centre store as the help centre told me, and was totally shocked by how they dealt with the matter. All 3 shop assistants stood around looking at the ring and came to the conclusion that it was “accidental damage” when I asked how this could be he said “it is one of them things” and “it may have been plucked on a wooley jumper “
The item is obviously of very poor quality and I am upset how we were treated in store at the Trafford centre branch - it wasn’t a cheap ring and would expect this to be investigated further not advised “its one of those things” something of that value should not simply break / loose stones within 15 days - I will be taking this further

Nathan at the Trafford Centre was a star! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and calm when dealing with an ear piercing that hadn’t been done properly at another jewellers. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to get their ears done professionally

My partner bought the prefect engagement ring from the Trafford Centre Store and I needed to get it resized. Josephine initially helped my partner upon the purchase and then again with the resize and she has been fantastic throughout :)

Recently had an issue with a purchase from H Samuel, very impressed with the service I got with the online chat, and also with the service I received in the shop.

Lee @ The Trafford centre store was incredibly helpful today with my mum who purchased a necklace and also asked for some advice on a ring she already has. Thanks Lee 10 out of 10!

Went in today to avoid Black Friday busy rush. What a fantastic surprise. The store was newly refurbished and looked absolutely brilliant. A brilliant and vibrant feel to the store and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Chelsea in particular was very knowledgeable making my visit a great experience.
Definitely recommend all to visit this exciting new store.

Poor service from staff and even management

Brilliantly helpful couldn't fault the young lady that assisted me in my making my choice

Staff are excellent especially in the Trafford Centre and Stockport stores.

I had a fantastic experience and was greeted by an excellent member of staff who made me feel very welcome. I was given good advise about what to select as a present for my mother.

The staff were excellent and very knowledgeable, also explained about the aftercare and if we had any problems to bring it back

Understood well our requirements of what I was looking for.
Made me feel comfortable in being able to take my time to look at the options available.

I am giving 5 star to the manager, he was very friendly, polite and helpful. However we were in the shop around 20 minutes earlier and the staff didn't even notice us. They were busy with other customers which i get but at least they could have greeted us and said,, ill be with you shortly,,We only came back as other shops didnt have what we wanted.

The staff were super helpful, it was a pleasure to shop there. My only concern is with the actual product purchased. The cross necklace we bought has a very thin chain for the size of the cross, so I worry that it might snap.

Amazing customer service, fast and professional. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
