I cannot praise the member of staff nicola enough who helped me so much to make a sentimental purchase for someone she went above and beyond with service and compassion it made my experience much easier I will definitely return to this branch in the future because of this .

Manager Gary was amazing with his customer service today. Made my nana feel very comfortable getting her ring off which was affecting her circulation. All around very lovely and friendly guy!

Leigh was brilliant, the store was fairly busy (within Covid guidelines) and she was able to manage customers expectations and still provide fantastic customer service.

We were able to look at the products before choosing, and she happily answered questions about specifications of the watches. I had two young children with me and didn’t feel at all out of place or in anyone’s way which was lovely! Leigh explained the warranty and also offered additional protection for the purchase.

Service like this makes me want to come back and use the store again. Definitely a credit to the company- thanks again for all your help Leigh!
