Amazing staff
I attended the Metro Centre store twice, the first time browsing for engagement rings and the second time was to purchase one. On my first time visiting the store, me and my partner were greeted by the deputy manager. She was extremely friendly and helpful which made us decide that we definitely wanted to purchase our engagement rings from this store. On our second visit, we were greeted by Holly who was so lovely, patient and helpful. Amazing experience and will definitely be purchasing our wedding rings from this store.

Easy and helpful
I went in to look at wedding bands and the girl that helped us was so nice and showed me options that suited my taste and needs.
I decided on my wedding band and she made the process of ordering it for home delivery for me so stress free!

Rude staff
I’ve had so many purchases from here but from the second we walked in the lady was so rude and gave us off vibes!
Was a last minute gift purchase otherwise I probably wouldn’t have bought anything from there.
She was nice to the white gentlemen after us but not even a smile through the whole time serving us!!

I visited the store on a Saturday & whilst it was busy, the staff were friendly and helpful. I asked to view various items of which the sales manager provided further information/detail. The store had a good choice of jewellery & exactly what I required. Excellent value for money and good quality products. Excellent COVID measures in place, would purchase from this store again.
