Went to buy my Mrs a valentines gift, not only do they sell the worst quality of jewellery, the customer service was bad, I was ignored for a long time

I had my ears pierced by Paula at H Samuel in Bolton and it was a really good experience. I chose a beautiful pair of earrings at a really reasonable price which included the piercing. Paula was very friendly but at the same time professional and informative and I would definitely recommend. My kit included after care guidelines and a bottle of saline solution and my ears healed well within the usual 6 week period

Went to H Samuel's in Bolton. Ordered an opal ring as a gift. I was told I could collect on 21st October 2023, I would receive a phone call or text to confirm ready for collection. I received no reminder, I called the store to be told that the order had been cancelled. The ring had been paid for in full and this was a birthday gift, after investigating, it comes too light that head office had cancelled, due to lack of stock.At no point did head office contact me or the store to confirm this product was not in stock.
Had I not called to check it was ready I would still be waiting for my product.
This is unacceptable customer service I will not be making any future purchases and will not recommend this company to anyone. Substandard customer service.

Love shopping on hsamuel website the only problem is there’s never no stock.

Bolton branch is terrible, staff are rude

absolute joke of a company , took my boss watch in for repair , told me it would take a week ,6 weeks later was still waiting, then another 2 weeks later i asked why ive had no replys about why the repair is taking so long , the shop manager kept giving me excuses ( bolton branch ) soin the end i cancelled the so called repair , then it took another 8 weeks before i could pick my watch up , avoid this shop (company) if you need a repair . just to say i took my watch to a small watch repair place the next day and got my watch back same day

Yet again excellent service, and attentive staff. Once again I cannot fault anything during my time spent in store.

The staff were extremely helpful and professional. They knew exactly what I was looking for.

This is a really good watch it seems to keep my steps. And time

Excellent customer service and great value for money. I purchased 2 pairs of earrings as presents and was very happy overall. The sales assistant was friendly and informative about the products and after care.

Was served by nilma who was very pleasant and helpful nothing was too much trouble for her . We had a very nice shop at samuels in Bolton and my husband is very happy with his watch thank you
