Ordered 2 charms on H Samuels website but when they arrived they were not suitable. Fantastically H Samuel allow you to return online purchases to store, which I did. In store I explained about the unsuitability of the beads I had ordered and asked if I could exchange them in store, they said that I could. I found it much better looking at the beads in store than online. Once I had chosen a couple of beads I wanted to see how they looked on the bracelet I had previously purchased. The staff could not have been more accommodating and proceeded to place the beads on the bracelet so that I could see what they looked like. I chose 2 new beads and they processed my return and new purchase. Best thing was they had an offer in store for buy one get one free so happy happy customer.

I had some gift vouchers from my colleagues for my retirement, so decided to buy a watch as a memento. I looked online, and found a rotary ultra slim gold watch that I wanted. I had to go to Blackpool for it, as the vouchers had an online spend limit of£40 for some reason. I looked at the watch and really liked it, but realised that it was in the sale at half price, and then alexis told me that there was a further 20% off as well!!! so I would have some vouchers left over. There was another watch that I liked, but that was £260, so a bit over my budget of £200, but alexis pointed out that this was also reduced to £95, then another 20% off! These were both lovely watches, one a bit sparkly the other very classic and I couldn't decide - but my husband pointed out that I could buy both watches and still be under budget, which is what I did!! The sparkly watch was a little snug on my wrist, but alexis said she would order an extra link and ring me when it came in, and that she would fit it for me,m which is where I've just been, and my watch now fits perfectly. I'd like to commend alexis for being so helpful and lovely- I'd also been to beaverbrook to see what offers they had, but didn't get through the door as they said all their watches were in the window. We left and came to Samuel's and received excellent service from alexis! I'm a very happy customer!!

I bought my ring and payed for it, it had to be ordered as they did'nt have it in stock. I was supposed to pick it up the following week.I received an e.mail a few days later stating my order had been canceled, I was gutted.They also said no money would be taken out of my account, which was'nt true. I tried to phone customer service's to get my money back but the guy did'nt have a clue. I eventually went to the shop to see if they would refund my money, which they did. I wont be shopping there again.

Friendly and efficient service and as an added bonus the item I purchased had been reduced by £20!

Shopping at H.Samuel was a good experience.
After visting the shop on two occasions, I bought a necklace and three pairs of earrings, which were nicely presented in gift boxes, making lovely presents.
Each visit I found the staff very helpful ,and informative on any offers that were available.
