I rang the Bangor branch ahead of visiting after ordering some incorrectly sized wedding rings. Elen was very helpful & said she would be available for our visit in the afternoon. On arrival we had a lovely warm welcome from Gill & Elen. Gill had resized us & offered her expertise, she then processed our exchange & got us new rings ordered! What fab service from Gill & Elen! We are so glad we visited the Bangor branch!

We were having a little break in North…
We were having a little break in North Wales for my 50th Birthday.We decided to visit Bangor especially to visit H Samuel.The lady assistant was very helpful & friendly, adhering to all covid rules. We purchased a beautiful watch here.

We were Approached as soon as we walked in and asked if we’d like any help , staff were very friendly and patient when trying different rings on :) ordered on the day and was asked for email and contact info for when the rings were ready , when the rings were ready we had a msg to say they were ready to collect :) again happy and helpful staff when collecting 👍

Warranty extension
Watch had stopped 3 days after 3yr warranty ended. Unbeknownst to us this had been extended by 3 months because of the lockdown so the watch was fixed FOC. Thanks
