Our house sale was not easy but James, Amy and the whole staff at Home Estate Agents were exceptional. I’d highly recommend them for their communication, help and support - even under the most difficult of circumstances.

All the staff are very polite & courteous.
They pull out all the stops to get your property sold & find you a property.
They listened to what I was looking for & as soon as a property came along they matched it with my requirements.
Everything so far has been very smooth/efficient
. My house was sold in the first week & my purchase only a couple of weeks later. They kept me updated at all times.

We have been so impressed with Home from listing to completion. Megan in sales progression was wonderful, so professional, reassuring and proactive from the beginning. She provided us with regular updates, was instrumental in moving the chain along to completion and she was calm throughout the whole process removing the stress. We would highly recommend Home to anyone wanting to sell. Amazing customer care and experts in what they do!! Thank you!

Home Estate Agents in West Kirby, were knowledgeable, kind and gave great advice whilst we went through the process of selling our home. The sale was completed in record time, which even surprised us. Katy helped during the marketing stages and Megan in the sales progression. I would certainly recommend HOME.

Dreadful. I feel like I have been completely played against other buyers. Information was not passed on to the vendor and office staff were rude and unhelpful - went as far as deliberately ignoring calls and not picking up the phone. I will be actively avoiding any properties who list with this company. I highly recommend Phil at Market Street Homes as an alternative - very professional and easy to work with.

James has been prompt in responding to queries, always professional and it has been fantastic to have him as point of contact , with the wonderful branch team supporting. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT!! Absolutely useless for property sellers. I phoned this joke of a company regarding two properties they had for sale; Montgomery Hill in Frankby & Black Horse Hill. They took over two weeks to arrange a viewing on the first one & it has now been three (3) weeks since I asked to view Black Horse Hill (West Kirby) & they have never been back in touch with me. Shockingly poor levels of customer service. Are your vendors in Black Horse Hill aware that someone has been trying for three (3) weeks to view their property? If you want to sell your home, do yourself a favour & give the listing to a competent Estate Agent & not these clowns. I have only given them one star as TrustPilot wouldn’t let me give them zero stars.

From the outset, the service provided by Home was exemplary. Our property sale involved a complex set of circumstances, yet the team particularly Amy managed every aspect with outstanding professionalism and efficiency. The marketing strategy was meticulously planned and executed, demonstrating a high level of expertise and attention to detail. We were extremely satisfied with the final outcome. I would confidently recommend Home as a leading estate agent and would not hesitate to engage their services again for any future property transactions in the area.

The home team offered an excellent service from start to finish, we could not fault them. Jonathan from the sales team was very informative giving us lots of information about properties that they had sold in our area, giving us an expected sale price which we were more than happy with.

Really friendly & helpful company

I have recently sold and bought through HOME Estate agents in West kirby. I found them very professional and nothing was ever too much trouble ! Mike , Ricky and the team are amazing and made my experience as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend 5* service on all levels thankyou !!

The Home team made us feel great right from the start with their warmth, friendly approach and professionalism. They listened to our needs and gave good advice - the property viewers were genuine and well briefed and the property went on the market on saturday and we had an offer in by monday!! We have now accepted an offer and the ball is rolling!! Many thanks to Mike and the whole team for great service and a swift sale. We cant recommend Home highly enough!!

Too often in the past I've been left disappointed with the lack luster and complacent approach of the so called "big" agents that form the Wirral estate agency cabal (you, and more importantly they, know who there are!)

From the outset, Home's recalibrated approach to selling homes from the moment I saw their website and arranged a meeting with Ricki, who was honest, open and refreshingly as far removed from a second hand car salesman as you can imagine. The creativity they put into their listings marks them head and shoulders above the competition. They have truly grasped the approach to marketing homes within the digital era. On their more expansive listings, their overall package including drone photography is nothing short of stunning.

From the moment you agree terms and listing particulars, that's when the gold edged service really kicks in. Amy was an absolute god send and was completely invested in how vital it was for me to dispose of my property, She really fought my corner and I loved the way she was more than happy to provide would-be purchasers with an occasionally much needed but polite reality check! No mistake about it, the guys at Home work for YOU the vendor and place YOUR interests first. That said, they'll always be approachable, accommodating and engaging to any prospective purchaser.

If you take only one thing from this review, is that it pays to do your due diligence and test the market and seek our the differentiators. Don't just engage the so-called big names due to their (largely unsubstantiated) reputations. Don't forget, these days, it's largely immaterial as to where the estate agents are based in proximity to the property you're selling. What is undeniable, is that it's what the agents are prepared to invest into you and your property in order to justify their fee which is completely key.

Home selling starts at HOME!

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy or sell to go through Home. We got our house valued last year by multiple estate agents and were harassed multiple times a day for weeks even when we made the decision not to sell we got some very negative comments from other estate agents. Mike came from Home estate agents and explained what they are about and how they work and we were sold immediately by their services. There was absolutely no pressure and whilst professional it was a very friendly and easy going experience. Even when we decided not to sell Mike was understanding as it wasn’t the time for us. We decided to put our house up for sale through home this month and within 2 days we had the pictures taken and it was on rightmove. In less than 24 hours we had 2 viewings booked and got 2 offers one above asking price. The whole team have been informative, friendly and sent us properties we may be interested in. The whole team are knowledgeable and know exactly at what point your house is up to and can provide updates immediately even if they haven’t had any contact with us directly. This has been such a positive experience and if you’re considering selling your property I would tell you to go nowhere else other than through Home, it was our best decision and we couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve heard of nightmare situations with estate agents and I can say with confidence that the team are passionate about what they do and are personable they genuinely want you to have the best experience which we have definitely had! We have recently just bought our first property and could not recommend Home Estate Agents anymore.

The communication was outstanding from the team and we were always kept up to date with any updates or changes throughout the process. Mike and the team would go above and beyond for us & were always available for any questions or requests we had about the property. We had a lot of short notice viewing requests throughout the process and the team were always very accommodating.

A special mention to Amy who was fantastic at the end when we had issues at the last hurdle with a survey she was incredible with the communication between ourselves, the solicitors involved and the buyer.
