Ground Rent Balance Inquiry.
I initially spoke to Fraser yesterday on your customer service team about an inquiry I had and he was very helpful and emailed me back with the info I required. I then emailed back later with reference to a payment made and Angela emailed back with the confirmation I wanted that all had gone through OK and emailed my latest invoice balance which was very helpful.

The communication was excellent.
The communication with Kim J was excellent. I appreciate the care that was taken to check that my project was organised safely. My only criticism is that the process for the replacement of a defunct heating system was far too lengthy and could be more streamlined - for example the request for a hot works permit could have been made much earlier in the process. Luckily it is not winter. And luckily Kim worked hard to make sure that I received the letter licence just in time to meet the provisional booking with my heating engineer. If I had waited until the letter licence was issued before obtaining a booking with the heating engineer then it might have meant surviving without a heating system for several months which does not really seem reasonable to me.

Homeground have been saving the day…
Homeground have been saving the day during the process of selling my home. They have responded very quickly each time I’ve called and gave me the information I need without passing me round multiple teams.
Shoutout to Jack Adams who actually walked me through a whole bunch of documents to help me to just get things done and not rely on my questionable solicitors. I can’t stress enough that it was absolutely huge for us to see some progress during a slow and stressful moving process.
