Purchased click and collect item, smooth transaction but I felt Ive had better customer service using an ATM machine rather than Homebase Lowestoft. The time was approx 7pm with only 1 other customer to be seen in the store so wasn't busy.

Good shop layout, easy to find what I needed, good range of products, with competitive prices. Friendly and polite staff.

Very good experience. My only issue was it says you have to take ID to collect but when I collected they told me I didn't need to bring it so annoying but still as had plans but had to change them to collect my item.

Tom served me and was very knowledgeable about questions I had about exterior paint and was able to offer me good advice. He was polite and cheerful throughout and it was a pleasure to be served by him today.

Tina was really helpful with lots of ideas of what we could use for what we wanted to achieve. Thank you

Very easy to order, excellent customer service. Ordering online was quick, simple and hassle free. I ordered for click and collect to my local store. Order went through ok, no problems and speedy email confirmation. On arrival at the store, I headed to customer service desk, got a warm friendly greeting. Supplied my order number and within minutes my order was brought to me by a very helpful, polite and friendly staff member, who also loaded the goods in to my vehicle as I am a wheelchair user and would have struggled without help. First class customer service highly recommend.
