Really friendly staff. Very helpful and informative.

Ordered two cd’s via click and collect. Would have liked more communication regarding collection. Would have been quicker to drive to the store and buy them there as quite a wait to be informed that they were ready for collection.

Whenever I ask advice or buy something I always get the best service at the Staines Branch. Normally I hate going shopping but when I go there it is fun!!!!

So helpful, knew what she was doing, nothing seemed to much, very very pleasant with myself and other customers.. This is based on two visits recently..
If more people like her were employed shops would be a happy place to browse around..

Great speedy delivery to store and service

HMV I would recommend to everyone for good service quickness helpfulness, online and in store there staff in there Staines branch excellent. I have two special needs adult grandsons who go into the Staines branch and they always come out very happy as the staff listened to them to what they wanted, and helped finding what they wanted.

My wife and I were very pleased by the helpfulness and friendliness of your assistant at your Staines store on our recent visit. Although the DVD we wanted was not in stock, she arranged for it to be posted to us from your main office and the postage, packing fees only amounted to £2 ! Excellent service and we will be making much use of your stores in the future.

Employee didn't offer to search for item to order, he did look at instore availability only i had to ask for a search to order the item. This is the 2nd time I had this issue at this store you need to train your staff there better in customer service

Seconds after walking into our local hmv was asked what I wanted. Items were ordered and arrived within a few days. Very impressed

The kind assistant looked online to make an order for what I wanted to buy. Part was in store and part needed to order online. It worked out almost £20 cheaper doing it that way rather than order the box set of 4 dvds. so it was worth the assistance.

Staff were excellent in store and helped order another copy on one of the records for me as the store one had a nick in the cover. All delivered in good time, well packaged, and sounds great. Fantastic service in-store and from online!
