Simple, Quick And Lovely Design
I love HMV especially their stores, They are nicely designed and always welcoming but since I am invited to review and take feedback on my online order it was generally a good experience. The website design is amazing and the click & collect feature is very good giving the fact if you do not want to pay for delivery. Items fairly priced and there are no issues. However sometimes when trying to move to payment details/delivery on mobile the webpage just refreshes and repeats itself.

The staff member who served me was beyond sweet and kind to me while collecting my item- she could tell how excited I was for it!! Not to mention I got the exact item I wanted at a reasonable price. Very happy :)

The service industry in this country is lacking in decency, sophistication and good manners
When I questioned the elderly man staff member about the lack of Soul LPs on Vinyl upstairs in the HMV shop in Staines.
He said to me, "You, don't have to come back if you don't like it!"
I thought how rude,
He probably had the hump because he wouldn't see the England Euros game.
