Exceptionally Customer Focused.
I try if at all possible to resist the likes of Amazon (not always successfully) and shop locally supporting local businesses in my town. I also like to see and touch the items I wish to purchase. On this occasion I was able to purchase a recently released 4K title and order and pay for another, due to be released shortly. They kindly offered to have it sent to me. The service and conversation and knowledge of staff is superb. When you are next in the area, strongly recommend you pay this store a visit.
