I have used HiQ Worcester for several years for Mot’s and repairs. I have always been very happy with the work carried out and it has always been prompt and professional. The staff are always very courteous and friendly and keep you informed of tome expectations etc.

Able to book MOT with a few days notice. Dropped off and picked-up within an hour after receiving a completion call from one of the staff. Will use again in the future after very good customer service.

My tyre was delivered to HiQ early, rang and asked what time I could specifically take my car to them as I was booked in anytime after 12. I was told they could fit it at half 11 which was brilliant. They checked my tracking which was off. New tyre and tracking fitted in an hour or so. Great service! They also let me know my other back tyre is getting low aswell. Great price too. Will deffinatly be coming back for my other tyre.

Booked 2 tyres ,air con regass and free balancing,price given was £280,job completed and bill was £325 because balancing was a free check only,absolute con,steer clear

Despite booking on line there was no record of my appointment when I went to the shop
They were very busy so had to fit me in
Tyres were fitted fine but felt let done not by the staff but the IT

Turned up for my appointment and was Told to come back the next day in a very rude manner, next day I stood in the office for 20 minutes waiting for some to attend to me even though multiple members off staff had physically looked at me waiting, further more while waiting a random old man started walking around their workshop making some strange noises while shouting. Couple of hours later my tyre had gone flat as they had incorrectly fitted my valve. I mean what the hell is going on with that place.

Very polite & efficient, full set of tyres fitted quickly & without hassle.
