Its good service but when you believe you have booked an appointment you still have to queue.

I received an email and text to tell me that my tyres had been delivered to HI Q and would I like to come early to have them fitted four days before my actual appointment to have them done. This suited me and so I had them done which freed up the planned day. The fitter was very polite, professional and quick. All in all, a very good service and well communicated.

Ordered tyre on Thursday for Saturday fitting, other well known fitters couldn't do anything for 4or5 days. Great service once there, good price all done no issues.
Only down side, the website booking accepted my order but didn't confirm whether tyre would be there as requested,but I called next day OK and I had confirmation e-mail

I've had my tyres replaced at HiQ many times over the years and find the staff are always friendly and helpful, I order my tyres online where you can choose a day am or pm and basically turn up to get them fitted!
Their prices are very competitive with other tyre retailers and I would definitely recommend them!

I was having my 2 front tyres changed, they were the best price for tyres and fitting. Really easy booking system. When I arrived took car straight into bay and had option to leave it with them or wait, I choose to wait and only took 30mins. Got a call asking if I wanted tracking redoing, no pressure to have this done just explained the situation. When I returned after the suggested time found car waiting ready to go. So easy and quick with helpful staff would definitely recommend and use again.
