Needed two new tyres due to an MoT fail.
Phoned Hi Q and was able to take my car back to the MoT centre within an hour.
AND it was service with a smile.

My last couple of visits to Redditch HiQ have been very good. Alan has helped me out both times. They do a thorough job, are timely and very welcoming, often going the extra mile to provide great service.

Efficient and courteous.
Difficult to telephone first thing but communication good thereafter.

Chris and the team @HiQ Redditch came to our rescue! They went above and beyond to get us on our holiday. Really appreciate all your hard work and service. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Once again HiQ Redditch come to the rescue with a short notice replacement of my front tyres. I noticed that the edges of the front tyres had worn quite badly and popped in to see if they needed replacing. The reason for the edge wear was that the tracking was out. Tyres were ordered in the morning and arrived that afternoon and were fitted at about 4.00pm and the tracking realigned. Excellent all round service and very reasonable pricing.

HiQ Redditch really got me out of a situation when another garage let me down.
They are a great team who went out of their way to give me an excellent experience (not always the case when dealing with garages, especially as a woman).
A special shout out to Chris and Phil who I really felt wanted to give me the best service and solution possible.
As well as doing a great job on my car they were professional and patient.
The only garage I’ll use from now on.

Really went the extra mile to help out with catalytic converter, MOT and other problems at very short notice. Chris was helpful, polite and informative. Very competitive pricing having been let down locally. We bring our other vehicles here, change of management recently but will continue to come.

Had two new rear tyres fitted last week at Redditch. I placed my order and phoned to check best time. I was there about 20mins all done and dusted keys returned and on my way.

Brad and his team have helped fix my car on multiple occasions providing excellent service each time. Last week my starter motor shattered into pieces while out doing my community job. Brad and his team managed to get my car fixed by the end of the same day. They are always so helpful and kind, and i dont think 'thank you' is enough. Heros

MY WIFES CAR HAD A NASTY SCREW/NAIL IN FRONT TYRE TOOK TO HIQ BUSY BUT GAVE ME A TIME TO COME BACK. YOUNG LAD VERY POLITE AND HELPFULL ABLE TO REPAIR TYRE ,COULD OF SAID NEED NEW TYRE . WAITED 30 MINUTES AND CAME AND SAID ALL DONE ABLE TO REPAIR.ALSO CHECKED PRESSURE ON ALL TYRES AND SET SYSTEM IN CAR TO LET DRIVER KNOW IF TYRE PRESSURE WAS LOW .WOULD USE AGAIN VERY GOOD SERVICE AND DID NOT CHARGE ME MUCH

Was referred to Brad at Hi Q Redditch when my car failed it's MOT and was quoted (quite frankly) an extortionate price for tyres, parts, labour and an unreasonable wait time at a garage in Bromsgrove. Took my car to Brad who looked at it within the hour, promptly called to advise he could complete the repairs and replace the tyres that afternoon and I could collect it by the end of the day, for half the price I was originally quoted!. Brad is extremely knowledgeable, explained things clearly to me and was absolutely transparent about costs/work throughout. As a woman who often finds garages a tad on the intimidating side, it has been a breath of fresh air dealing with Brad and his team. I cannot praise him or his team enough for taking good care of me. I have recommended him to all of my friends as he is reliable, helpful and trustworthy, would not take my car anywhere else now.

The service is always excellent and the team are a great bunch of people, always happy to help.

Brad and his team are professional, friendly and, above all, honest. Unlike some garages no extra work is done unless absolutely necessary. If future work is needed, advice is given about when it will be needed. They will always go the extra mile for the customer (literally - I was offered a lift home - and they have delivered my car to me in the past!).
Last night my poor VW Beetle was towed in by the AA after the cat was cut off by thieves. Brad was sympathetic, reassuring and made me laugh (I was in pieces). AND less than 24 hours later my Lizzie Bug is back in the road, as good as ever.

I wouldn’t take my bug anywhere else.
