Having used this place before.
I've had no doubts about using this time.
A great service, great prices and friendly, efficient staff.
More so, I've trusted them to fit new tyres on my brand new alloys !!

This is the best tyre fitters I ve ever used.I had to order in the tyre, the guy on the phone was so professional,he knew exactly what I was talking about,the tyre was there on day of fitting,All the staff were really good. The cost was very competitive. I will only be going there now in the future ,very happy customer. Thank you all at burgess hill .

The burgess hill team approached a very hard to find suspension fault in a pragmatic, measured way and took me through each step and their thinking in getting to the bottom of a permanent bumping noise, though nothing was loose and the car was safe to drive. It took a amazing effort and patience to resolve - and they did so gracefully with excellent customer service. Huge thanks to Donna and the team

Ordered four tyres and fitting online for today. Rung up an hour before my slot to ask what time is convenient for them, only to be told that the tyres were delayed until next week and that there were no alternatives. Had to cancel as I needed them fit today. Went to Setyres instead and got walk-in same-day service for £100 less.

Edit: apologies not good enough nothing stopped you from ringing me up and letting me know etc.

They never responded to my email sent to the address posted below.

Booked the car in for two new tyres. I took the morning off work but when I turned up they just shrugged and said they didn’t have the tyres. When I asked why they didn’t call me to let me know they just stared blankly

Booked through the website. Only to receive a call 10 minutes later from the workshop manager saying they didn't have the tyre I needed, not the staff to even do my appointment. Actually he was quite rude with zero empathy. He explained that the booking system is awful (his own words) and if I wanted to get a tyre I should call directly.

Great service. Easy booking online. Pop into the shop and after 30 minutes, my tyre was fitted.

Needed 2 rear tyres fitted, order them online and booked my slot. On the day of appointment had a phone call to agree time to drop the car in. Was greeted on arrival and they had both rear tyres done in 20 minutes! Very efficient and friendly! Will definitely recommend and use again in the future!

Ordered tyres online and given a price, booked a 4hr slot, received email tyres delivered, Mark phoned on day at 8am to confirm a suitable time for us both. I also asked for the free tracking check. Greeted when we arrived, 35 mins later, tyres on tracking adjusted, unexpected bonus we got 5 years warranty on the tyres. Many thanks to all the boys and Merry Christmas
