Helped me out massively today when i rocked up in my 28ft motorhome and asked if i could pay to check my tyre pressures. Not only did they do this for me but they wouldn't take any payment for it. Really helpful and pleasant guy that served me. Who says that good customer service is a thing of the past? These guys know how to look after their customers. Although i am not local, if i'm passing this way again and need anything tyre or service related, i'll be sure to go to Weeting's tyres first.

Always provide an excellent service. I'm moved away from the dealer as work is half the price, for a much better quality. Price is very competitive.

Every member of staff at HiQ brandon are always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

These guys are awesome and always take care of me. They noticed an error from the website with the tires and were still able to get me fitted and out that same day. I highly recommend these guys for your car needs.

I phoned them first thing in the morning & spoke to Rhyden, my car was then booked in for later in the day.
Rhyden was very helpful & friendly. He went out of his way to help with my tyre, which I wasn’t sure was punctured or something worse.
Thanks also to Mark the technician who sorted my tyre, which ended up being a screw. Will definitely return if I have problems in the future. Highly recommend this company.

What a breath of fresh air the staff are here. First of all, they all seemed happy, which is a plus.

I was greeted well. I was having an MOT. There was one issue that was pointed out and it was so quick to fix that I wasn't even charged. This is something I have never experienced before in this environment...honesty and superb customer service.

A big thank you to, Will who is the technician on the job, and also to Dean and Rhyden who made me feel welcomed. This was at the HiQ Tyres & Autocare site in Brandon Suffolk.

Based on this experience, I will be taking my car to them for a service. I usually take it to the Lexus main dealer.

Excellent service again from the Brandon, Suffolk branch. Had a new tyre fitted in November but got a puncture in the same tyre in February. Kevin in the workshop fixed what was a large hole in the tyre caused by a big piece of metal and saved my new tyre!
Friendly and knowledgeable service from Rhyden who explained the whole process and presented me with the shard of metal taken from the tyre!
I have nothing but praise for the service provided and the price.

When I recently had my scooter inner tube changed due to a slow leak, Mark their technician noticed the old tube was not the correct one! Well spotted Mark!!
So I asked for the other wheel tube to be changed also for safety sake.
All no problem for these guys, definitely worth a visit so give them a try 👍

Had a slow puncture so dropped in to HiQ on the off chance I could get it sorted. Spoke to Rhyden who said couldn't fit me in until tomorrow, but once I said I needed to get to stanstead tonight he fit me in there and then and done it himself. Excellent customer service!

Rhyden on reception had a friendly manor which made me feel more comfortable. The lady their was kind to my toddler. The service on my car was done by mark and was a good job done.highly recommend. Lovely friendly and helpful atmosphere.

A very efficient service. I called them at 9am requesting a new tyre for the spare on my pick-up truck. They quoted me, but did not have it in stock, however they would get it in by 2pm. I dropped the wheel at their depot during the morning and picked it up with new tyre fitted at 3pm. All achieved with a very pleasant and obliging attitude.

The guys at Brandon were superstars! My car was seen within 15 minutes and fixed within 30 minutes - rapid! In particular, Rhyden and Mark were fantastic. So friendly and polite, going the extra mile and made my experience amazing. Thanks so much guys!

I had a flat front tyre, took it into Brandon,Straight away Rhyden on the front desk was very helpful and Will who came out and repaired my tyre was very fast in fixing it for me,Amazing service, i would recommend them to everyone
