Becky and Travis are a great team .very good experience they both answered any questions I had and explained everything. I won't go anywhere else

Arranged to visit the Banbury branch for two replacement front tyres as our daughter lives there. Becky was lovely to deal with as I rang to say we needed it around 11:15. I was kept informed of the booking by text. When we arrived Becky told us it would be about 30 minutes and suggested as it was a cold day we popped to get a coffee nearby. We had a text to say the car was ready. We also met Sam whilst paying for the work and he was friendly too. There is a lot of competition with tyre fitting but we were very happy with the work and the people we dealt with.

My Car had an MOT here couple of months ago and the tires came back as advisory. (Even I know they were close to the limit) Becky and the team suggested some options for me at the time. I did a bit of shopping around on the same tires I had and saved over a £100 by using these guys. Service was second to none and I was up and running in no time at all. Keep up the good work. You have set the bar again!

Had to get my front tyre's changed today luckily my friend advised me to go to HiQ a few weeks ago and said its the best garage for changing tyres, MOTs and auto care. With his word i went to HiQ to get my tyres changed and I was very surprised at how good the customer service was, becky and sam helped out massively with keeping the cost low and affordable, The main mechanic Travis had both my tyres off and the new ones on in less than 30 minutes and I was on my way. I am definitely going to recommend this garage to everyone i know

Great service, friendly and got it done quickly.
I had a fast deflating tyre whilst out with my toddler. I called HiQ needing it urgently dealt with. They were reassuring and told me to come in. Half an hour, a nice waiting room and £30 later - me and my girl were back out having fun. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much.

The team at HiQ Banbury are such a great team! The customer service is brilliant first and foremost! Becky was really friendly and accommodating when booking my car in for a suspension check. On the day Sam took a look at my car and unfortunately had to tell me it was going to be a big job but he took the time to explain what had happened and what needed doing. Having had to leave my car at the garage, Sam and Becky kept me in the loop with updates on my car throughout. Travis carried out the work on my car, and I can honestly say its like driving a new car! They also squeezed my car in for a service before I collected it, which was a great help.
The team were very conscious of keeping costs as low as they could for me, which was really appreciated on the approach to Christmas!

The work and customer service have been excellent, thank you! I will certainly return when I next need auto-care services!

My MOT was overdue and Sam booked me in next day. I was feeling really unoptimistic about the car passing and really mad at myself about the MOT being overdue. The team managed to get me in earlier in the day which helped put me at ease and reassured me when I got there and helped me laugh about the situation. They looked at some work I'd done on the car myself and finished the job and even complimented my work! Needless to say the car passed the MOT but had a nail in the tyre, they did a repair and sorted the pressure by the end of my wait in appointment and sent me happily on my way with a plan for a few minors. Sam, Travis and Jay were brilliant and really looked after me. I will be back even though I had to travel for the appointment as it was the only place that could do next day for me. Thanks guys

From the initial contact with Becky to discuss tyre options, I was most impressed with her knowledge, competence and patience. With absolute confidence I booked an appointment for 18/09/24 at midday in Banbury even though that meant an hours drive from Windsor. I arrived 20 minutes early and as I was entering reception, I hear Becky say to a colleague "that will be Mr. Turner". She showed me the tyres that would be installed. I was attended by Sam who explained that the process would take a little over an hour and he accompanied me outside to receive the car. I was contacted in an hour to inform me that the car was ready. Sam explained to me that they had found an anomaly on one wheel and taken care of it. I could not have asked for more courteous and effective service - merited 5 stars to HiQ Banbury. Thank you

Hi Q Banbury carried out work on my car and MOT’d it for me all in one day. Very efficient service all at a fair price. The centre manager Rebecca, offered excellent customer service with great communication throughout. Very happy with work completed and will definitely use HI Q Banbury again.

Reassurance of remedial options during recent MOT:
Nearly all car issues feel stressful but interaction with the team at Banbury will have me returning. On a recent MOT, the time booked was the time they started and feedback was prompt and given with clear explanations. Helpful and guiding with options, all 3 team members Becky, Sam and Travis went the extra mile in the most logical options to remedy issues before embarking on any costly options. Really appreciated the customer approach, the follow up commitment and quick turn around. I left feeling I could return with any other problem solving queries in the future. Thanks team.

Had my Mini booked in for a MOT today. Only an MOT on this occasion as it was my first time using HiQ in Banbury, so wanted to see what they were like. Safe to say I will definitely be back!
Easy to book online, was met by Becky & Sam, both very friendly, car was taken in straight away and I was able to wait. Becky’s interaction with other customers while I was waiting was fantastic. MOT completed in no time by Sam, was told of a small fault, (which other garages would have most likely failed the car) but Sam fixed the fault there & then so that he could pass the Car.
Excellent service, very pleased & Impressed, highly recommended!
