Disgraceful

Despite numerous emails and myself and Australia Post saying it was delivered to the incorrect address they still will
Not provide a refund.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They will do anything they can to take and keep your money.
I’ve given up on trying to get them to give me money back but if I can stop anyone else from buying from them then that’s great.

i used this device as per the instructions for THREE MONTHS! It did NOT deliver as advertised, and I will unfortunately be going back to shaving. Money back guarantee? Scam. This product is overpriced, does not work, and in the end is a huge disappointment.

Save your money

My husband purchased this for me for Christmas. I started using it for two sessions reach weekend in early January and I have not been pleased with the results up to this point and time. I shave each time prior to using the device, but have the same thickness and consistency of hair after a week of growth that I had when I only shaved prior to waxing two years ago. I will be returning to waxing at the salon again and do not recommend this product.

Has not removed my hair

I'm fairly certain the recent reviews are fake, because I doubt a 5 star review is being made on a separate company every single day with similar language. I would say that's a red flag when you see it from any company.

I got this in July and I used it a lot, like sometimes multiple times a day because I was so determined to remove hair in some places. I really did not notice a difference like at all. Sometimes I would try to convince myself that I'm making progress, but ultimately that never came. I probably stopped using around September. I took it back out in January to try it out again, and yup still doesn't really do a thing. So I got re-annoyed and now I'm here.

Although it has not worked on hair removal I do wonder what this "lasering" could potentially be doing to my skin. And they should probably be worrying about that too since they don't know the abilities and capabilities of their product.

HORRIBLY BURNED MY SKIN!!!

Do not buy this product! It left horrible burn marks on my legs! I do not have sensitive skin at all. I had Lazer hair removal on my Brazilian area and underarms at a med spa, and had absolutely no issues or pain. This device however was very different. I did the patch test as directed and waited until the next week to use on my legs. It’s hurt so bad, and the machine kept malfunctioning and zapping only every other click, and very strong painful zaps, that I could only get done with one leg. The next days I had red itchy burns. I had to go buy burn gel, and I’m waiting to see my doctor. I wish I could post pictures to show you guys how bad my legs look. Praying to God that I don’t scar.

This includes, but is not limited to following all pre and post treatment instructions, such as avoiding heat and sun exposure, and starting at a LOW level prior to committing to a higher intensity treatment.

Additionally, please note, it is a safety feature to allow for time in between each pulse. The red blinking light, should serve as a sensor. When blinking it is ready to flash, when constant the flash will not function. Your Handset must be placed firmly and flat against your skin, allowing the sensor to register prior to pressing the pulse button for safe and seamless use.

I had ordered an IPL and it shipped…

I had ordered an IPL and it shipped pretty fast but when I tried to turn it on it wouldnt work. I had a defective product. So I told them about it and sent them a video of it not working and they sent me a new one that actually works. Customer service always emailed me back within 24 hours and was very helpful. I am very pleased with the customer service and I cannot wait to use it! Will write another review very soon.

Not a scam you might just wait longer than the date proposed

I ordered my IPL machine in September and received it in December. This after being told it will arrive in a much shorter time. While waiting I decided to research the company and started feeling like I was scammed. I was watching YouTube videos, searching for Facebook comments, etc. I was also continuously messaging the customer service agent, who was surprisingly really helpful even though I was super pissed and worried that I have been scammed. Finally I received my device waaay after the time suggested and not ready to have a hairless summer, but I started using the device non the less. Initially I was so put off that I didn’t actually use the device consecutively to see real results. However the past 4-6 weeks I have been and it has been amazing! I’ve been seeing real results and the areas I’ve started using the laser on has been feeling softer as well! I would highly recommend!

My handset stopped working after 6…

My handset stopped working after 6 months of use. I contacted them in December and was told to send a video which I did. I was then told I didn't know how to turn it on. I was using it just fine for six months and turned it on and used it with no.problems. So they asked for another video which I sent again showing yes the green light flashes but when I press the front the handset does not flash and you can not adjust the intensity. Now it's February and no one will answer my emails. They have a one year guarantee but won't honor it and avoid emails. DO NOT BUY THIS they are scammers!!

Additionally, we just wish to reiterate that the on button is the green blinking light - not the front button. There seems to be a misunderstanding present that the on button is the front button. When the Handset is on the light will reflect solid green not blinking. A green blinking light means the Handset is plugged in to a power source only.

Our customer care team have provided both a demonstration video and also direct photo of our instruction manual for your clarification.

Worst Customer Service, Scam

They have the worst customer service.
They appearently only have one agent working customer service, her signature says that she is the head of customer service.

I purchased one their products and it never arrived.
It is stuck in transit has remained in the same place for over five months.

Our head of customer service tells me to contact Canada Post because it's in my country and the because the tracking number changes.

Canada Post tells me to contact the seller and have the seller contact their post office and they will contact Canada Post, she won't even do that, instead she keeps telling me to contact Canada Post, and tells me other mundane information like where the item is and how long it;s there which I already know and said that to her.

They refuse to give a refund, regardless and they just keep milking it out as long as possible

Don't buy from them. Their products are cheap Chinese products they are overpriced because they have their name brand on it. I didn't know when I bought it. Even saying you will sue will not faze them; I don't think they care.

I think they are scammers

I think they are scammers!
I ordered mine on the 5th of January and never even arrived!
I keep asking and they keep answering some useless things like “thank you for your patience we are preparing your parcel, expect tracking info updates soon.” I am asking for a refund and they never answered to this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

THE COMPANY KEEP SENDING THE SAME EMAIL OVER AND OVER. THE POINT IS THAT THE COMPANY DIDN'T GIVE CORRECT INFORMATIONS AT CHECKOUT AND KEEP BEING EVASIVE. ANSWERS NEVER STATE WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER AND IGNORED COMPLETELY MY REFUND REQUEST.

Scam. Reported to ACCC & Scamwatch

I ordered early Jan and paid for express shipping. I got an email with a tracking number very quickly. Unfortunately, they haven't handed the item to DHL. After 12 business days I emailed and requested a refund of the Express shipping since they lied. I was given the brush off and was told its being "processed." It's now been over a month.

I'm thankful it wasn't shipped as I have now lodged a dispute with PayPal with proof of everything. Emails, screenshot, delivery timeframes, even their dodgy policy of hiding the Ts & Cs of their 90 day return policy.

AVOID THIS SCAM ALTOGETHER

Also, if "Sarah" has to reiterate to nearly 50% of customers that they're a "legitimate business" then they aren't.

Edit: Everything you replied to me is irrelevant. I cancelled my order through PayPal & via email. The onus is on you to get your parcel back as I won't be accepting delivery. Return to Sender is a great system.

I'm really disappointed

I'm really disappointed. I followed their instructions exactly, and since I don't think the device works, have now tried to contact the company for a refund. I can't get a reply to multiple emails. Spend your money somewhere else!!

REPLY to Sarah - thanks for your reply here; I've checked all folders and have not received an email aside from one that says I can now trial my handset, which suggests that no one is reading the emails. I have tried replying to that one - I've sent about 5 emails and it does not seem possible that I have not heard back. Can you please contact me again? Or leave a phone number?
