Excellent service highly skilled professional team. Tackled the largest tree in our neighbourhood in our back garden with precision. Dickon clearly has a wealth of experience in tree removal . Careful risk assessments and planning was undertaken to completely remove the gigantic Montery Pine tree. I highly recommend Dickon and his team at Heartwood Tree Management

Excellent work as always
Jack and his team arrived on time and reduced our twisted willow trees and an over hanging fruit tree from the neighbour’s garden, again cleared after themselves very neat job.
This is the second time we are using their services and won’t be the last time, highly recommend Jack and his team.
Thanks.

From the moment I messaged Jack to request a visit for a quote, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. He replied promptly, arrived exactly when he said he would, and sent over the quote that same evening — clear, detailed, and fairly priced.

Once the work began, everything was completed on time and to a high standard. The team were tidy, respectful, and delivered excellent service from start to finish.

I’m genuinely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to use Jack’s services again or recommend him to others.

Excellent job pollarding our Eucalyptus tree. All the necessary council approvals obtained by Heartwood. The work was carried out efficiently and the site left clean and tidy. sensibly priced for the work involved.
Would certainly recommend this local company.

Heartwood Tree company Ltd are ace. Jack and Alex delivered a competitive quote on reducing in height a 35m stretch of conifers in our garden. We secured their services and as promised they turned up bang on time to start the job. They worked tirelessly to complete the job. It was done brilliantly and very professionally. They only left after they cleared the garden of any trace of mess and debris. Cannot recommend them enough. Great lads great company…. You’ll be in safe hands with them.

We recently had Jack and his team remove a tree and trim our hedges. Excellent job, very tidy, and really nice people.
Highly recommend.

We used this company last month to remove a Leylandi hedge that was over ten feet in height and comprised of 15 trees. The work was done expeditiously using professional equipment and followed safety procedures at all times. At completion of the work the site was very clean and tidy such that I had no need to clear up after they had left site. With sincere wishes to the company for the future I have no hesitation in recommending Heartwood Tree Company.

Jack came to my house to look at the work required and to provide a quote. Within 24hrs I received the competitive quote and the work was booked in for two weeks later.
Professional job, great teamwork, safety gear and tidy.
The work involved reducing a Mulberry tree by 30%, cutting back big branches which overhung the adjacent busy road on another tree and the removal of two other trees.
Definitely use Heartwood again.

A while back I watched the Heartwood guys do a fantastic job next door reducing a whole driveway of trees. Two days ago they did the same on my drive reducing a large tree stump to ground level. Five stars all round, I would certainly recommend them to others. Good price too.

We have used this company before and they are superb. They arrived exactly on time, are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Additionally they are great at the job. They have cut back five different varieties of trees in our garden and cleared up completely after themselves. I would thoroughly recommend them and they are our go-to company for tree pruning. Tried many other companies none are in the league of Hartswood!

Wonderful logs & wood chip delivered really quickly after request. Super professional team that always provide a fantastic service. Jack is really knowledgeable and the team always leave your garden looking better than before! We always recommend Heartwood to all our friends for any tree work in the Essex and Suffolk area.

We had 2 trees reduced and shaped up by Jack and Alex.
The work they carried out was great, both trees look amazing. They were very professional and extremely clean and left absolutely no trace of mess.
Would highly recommend and use again

Amazing fire wood. I used it in my pizza oven and it was brilliant, great for heat and flavour. Jack also dropped it off for no extra charge. Can’t rate highly enough.

Jack and John (both friendly guys) have carried out an amazing job on trimming back the oak tree that is at the bottom of my garden and as requested has retained my privacy. Consulted with me at all times during the trimming process as to my requirements and Jack (who was shaping the tree) certainly takes a pride in the job that he is doing. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wanted a tree surgeon. A job well done, thank you

An excellent company we had two very large trees in our garden that needed pruning. Jack gave us some excellent advice. The trees have been pruned and styled. Hope to see them again next year. Very tidy, prompt and efficient. Just very good.

Very professional. First class job. Highly recommended.
