Service was amazing from start to finish. Phil was incredibly prompt coming out to give us a quote and really knowledgeable, giving us great guidance on trees of concern. From quote to the work being complete, it was extremely quick. The team were lovely, arrived when they said they would, quick, tidy and really pleased with the job. Will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you Willow Tree.

Job done well and completed on time.
Customer service from all the people first class

Used them several times have always done a brilliant job and go the extra ‘mile to ensure it’s done properly’. Tom & Phil couldn’t be anymore helpful. Keen to do the job to suit the requirements and work hard . I do not need to look any further when I need hedging or tree removal from my big garden .

Friendly, professional operatives who work efficiently and safely. All at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use them again

Great company. Someone came out to look at the work and provided a quote. Seamless dealings with office administrator and getting the work booked in. The guys who attended were polite and got the job done well. Would highly recommend.

We had a significant amount of hedges trimmed and they look absolutely fabulous! The guys who came where very helpful and also cleared away a tree that had fallen in recent winds. Highly recommend and well worth the wait. Will definitely use again! Thanks Willow Tree services!

Willow Tree Services did a fab job in June of tidying up a number of different hedges at the front of my property. The team were friendly, polite, professional and listened to what I wanted to achieve. They left the area spotless and it didn't take them long at all. I'd recommend them to anyone looking and would use them again.

A tree which is a feature of our front garden needed to be cut back, but without it looking like it had been butchered/pollarded. We didn’t want a bit of an eyesore which would take a season or two to regain its shape. The team of 3 from Willow Tree effected this skilfully, leaving the tree greatly reduced but in great shape. It still looks good!
Great team who worked well together; very professional with appropriate safety gear; good sense of humour - we enjoyed our interactions with them; cleared the site completely afterwards. Thank you.
Communication throughout was excellent. The job wasn’t urgent (I’ve learned to be wary of anyone who can carry out non-urgent work straightaway - if you want a good job doing, give it to a busy man!) We had to wait a while from estimate to execution, and were given a date three months in advance, but they kept to schedule, and arrived at the time advised despite poor weather.
Recommended unreservedly.

Speedy response to request

Lovely friendly men. Cut the trees exactly how I asked and cleaned everything away before they left. Would recommend them any time.

Very friendly and professional service as always. Would have no hesitation in recommending Willow Tree Services.

The Willowtree team did an excellent job giving our trees and hedges their annual trim. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Just what we wanted.

Very impressive service and work carried out by a well organised business from obtaining local authority permissions (as we are in a conservation area) to cutting down and removing a large Cherry Tree in our garden. All concerned were professional, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. No damage and all completely cleared up and taken away. Also we thought the price was very reasonable. Thank you very much Willow Tree Services.

This is the first time I have used this company and will certainly use them again. The chaps who came to carry out the work were pleasant, punctual and professional. I am elderly and have not always had good experiences with other firms I have used. I was very satisfied with the result and the garden was left in a clean and tidy condition. I would certainly recommend them,

Excellent service, professional and respectful of property. Highly recommend.

Very professional, competitive price. Good communication and a sympathetic shaping of the trees.

Willow Tree Services always do a fantastic job and they always leave the garden tidy. When shaping trees they really do make sure that they are nicely shaped. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The team at Willow Tree Services were fantastic, timely, well organised and courteous. Did a great job of lopping our three large cedar trees, removing a very tall conifer and tidying up some large hedges. Left everywhere extremely tidy. Great service and would happily recommend them to anyone wanting a very good professional job conducted. Thanks again.

Professional service with great communication and made sure they did their best to get what we wanted done.

I can't fault them at all. Will use again.
