The bed you sold me was advertised with the wrong dimension. This kind of info is vital when buying furniture in order for it to fit the design of a room. I emailed you stating my problem and you have never come back to me to rectify the situation. Appalling service to be honest and the bed with it's connected bedside tables is now no use to me in my original design.

Nice bed (hasena ronda lisio), clearly high quality, good price, smooth delivery and installation process. Only point of improvement would have been more flexibility around delivery days. Thanks

I am extremely happy with my new bed! Sabrina and the team are so very helpful from start to finish. I received samples in the post to help me choose the correct bed frame finish. All members of the team are polite, friendly and really want to help you get the correct purchase. The fitting team were polite and did a great job fixing the bed together and were clean and tidy, taking the bed packaging too! The quality of the bed frame is without fault too. Very pleased with our bed, the quality of the build and the wood used is great. Very good delivery and set up service too.

As a tall guy (6'7'') the purchase of a new bed was a very important decision. We made the right choice with the Superking Hasena Pilatus Ivio Sion Character Solid Oak Bed. The first bed I've ever properly fit in and been comfortable in. Build quality is fantastic (albeit expected given the price tag) and the delivery and installation service was well communicated, quick and efficient. We added oak bedside tables with draws to the sides of the frame which are very practical, solid and look really smart.

This has been a brilliant shopping experience, from start to finish.

From the very start, with the website being simple to use, viewing my bed (Hasena Lisio Airon in light oak, with a Relaxsan latex mattress), selecting my options, ordering and payment, through to order confirmation and Sabrina's reassuring contact whilst waiting for the delivery date, I have felt confident throughout and that quality isn't just in the products and that my custom mattered and that I was being looked after.

It didn't stop there! Once the delivery slot was confirmed, I was delighted to find that the delivery team then contacted me to advise me the day before and on the day, when I could expect them. They arrived promptly, were very courteous and efficient, carrying everything upstairs (steep, Victorian staircase, with a corner to negotiate!), unpacking the order and assembling it, before clearing all the packaging away and leaving almost as if they were never there!

The bed and mattress are beautiful and lovely quality, with the comfort and finish I'd hoped for.

Quickly resolved problems to my satisfaction

Bought a Hasena bed and Yatsan mattress. First, thanks to Sabrina for patiently going through all the bed frame options (there are a lot with Hasena) to make sure we ordered exactly what we wanted. The bed is excellent quality - way better in terms of design, build and value than anything we saw in either bed sheds or designer furniture stores. Only (minor) criticism is that the headboard flexes a bit on the extension brackets (needed with thicker mattresses). No problem if against a wall and certainly won't come off, just a bit more flex than expected. Yatsan mattress appears to be excellent in terms of materials and manufacture. We've been using it for a month now and it gets better every night. We had some reservations abut ordering a bed 'untried and unseen' on the web but they were unnecessary concerns. We'd certainly recommend Head2Bed and would have no hesitation dealing with the company again.

The bedroom looks nice. However I was a bit disappointed by the quality of the material: the wardrobe vertical handles were cracked because of the quality of the material (not plain wood or metal). The front panel was damaged .The bed allows adjustment of the slats height but the lowest height can not be used as then the nut cannot be put on the screw. So the next level had to be used but only allows a certain height of mattress: our mattress is 16 cm high so really not thick and it just comes over the bottom of the head rests instead of under the head rests. The fitters will come back to fit new handles and front panels of wardrobe, soon I hope. Decent overall though

I found the website easy to find my way around with lots of choice. As soon as I had ordered I was telephoned to go over all of the details regarding length of wait, delivery etc. I was kept informed both by e mail and telephone regarding progress updates, and final delivery instructions. The team who delivered the bed and put it together we're very efficient and friendly. I would happily recommend Head2bed and am about to place an order with them again.

This company supplies, in my opinion, very good quality modern furniture at a fair price but what really made a difference was the advice I received from the Operations Manager , Sabrina. She knows her products very well so I avoided any sizing issues and she made useful suggestions that were not sales motivated.The logistics company that handled delivery were not quite as efficient as Sabrina although the actual delivery men were very professional . I would certainly consider using this company again.

Aside from a delay in delivering my headboard they were very accommodating. Always difficult to decide on a bed online not seeing it in person but bed is great. Sales rep was excellent, people who installed the bed were polite and professional and response v quick when I pointed out my headboard had slipped off the radar. Bed is beautiful and I could highly recommend Head2Bed.

I would only recommend that installation team should read the installation instructions since they really struggled to use a electric drill due to limited space and without to consider bed design which allowed the usage of included keys.

Delivery and fitting was great - came on time, we're friendly quick and efficient. They pointed out a tiny scratch which I hadn't even noticed and arranged for a replacement. The furniture is very good quality and looks lovely. I would definitely use head2bed again.
