I spent a fair fortune on a beautiful wardrobe… waited roughly 10 weeks for it to be delivered, the 2 man delivery and assembly team were fantastic but unfortunately the delivered and built a wardrobe I didn’t order. It was the wrong doors, the drawers didn’t fit and I’m left having to wait another 3 month for them to order it correctly and fit it. It’s finally come and it looks brilliant. But now I’ve been waiting 10 days for a refund that hasn’t happened. And I’m being told to contact my bank as they’re saying it’s my banks fault I don’t have the refund. We were very excited at first but it’s been painful since the delivery way wrong. Lack of updates, lack of communication. Disappointed.

We are genuinely sorry that parts of your wardrobe arrived incorrectly. Unfortunately, the front door panels supplied were grey instead of the oak finish you had ordered, and the wrong size drawer pack was also sent by the manufacturer. We completely understand how disappointing this was after waiting for your made-to-order wardrobe to arrive from Germany.
As soon as you made us aware of the issue, we contacted the supplier immediately to arrange for the correct replacement parts to be manufactured and sent. Unfortunately, as this range is made to order in Germany, we were unable to fast-track the replacements, and we appreciate how frustrating the additional wait must have been.
We're pleased to hear that the wardrobe is now complete and that you are happy with how it looks.
Regarding your refund, this was processed on 28th July, the same day you confirmed that you had received the replacement parts and were happy with the completed wardrobe. When you contacted us on 10th August to advise that the refund had not yet reached your account, we provided a screenshot confirming the refund had been processed from our side and suggested contacting your bank, as once a refund has been issued by us, we unfortunately have no control over how quickly it is credited by the card provider. We also checked with our accounts team before advising this.
We apologise again that the manufacturer supplied incorrect components, but we hope it is clear that we worked to resolve the matter as quickly as possible within the constraints of a made-to-order product manufactured overseas.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoy your wardrobe for many years to come.

We're sorry that one of the seat pads was missing from the manufacturer's packaging and appreciate the inconvenience this caused.
As soon as you contacted us on 3rd August, we spoke with the supplier the same day. They requested photographs so they could identify exactly which component was missing and ensure the correct replacement was sent. Once we received your images later that day, we forwarded them immediately, and the supplier dispatched the replacement, which was delivered to you on the morning of 6th August.
Whilst we're pleased we were able to resolve the issue quickly, we're sorry that you felt our response was only "prompt-ish." We always aim to deal with any issues as quickly as possible and appreciate that missing parts can be frustrating.

Cerutti Corner bench and Amari table.…
Kitchen table and corner bench received from Pendle furniture village. We paid for delivery and assembley which they was able to arrange at a time around our commitments. They assembled and took packaging. Once left and released the backless bench was too big for the room, i called the delivery driver and he saved the packaging in the warehouse. Pendle furniture village then confirmed we could return part of our order. They could have arranged to collect with a few but we dropped off at the show room. Money was refunded quickly. Great email communication before and after delivery.
Furniture looks great, good quality and very comfortable.

Disappointed
Disappointed. Ordered two sofas and waited 12 weeks, only after my communcation with the company, the order was escalated. Received the order 16th April but four integral cushions were absent. After advising of this, 3 cushions were despatched and received. Still awaiting a fourth cushion and it is now 13th May. Again, communication with the company was initiated by me and had no reply to when the fourth cushion will be despatched. Poor service overall.

We’re very sorry to read that you feel disappointed with your experience.
The sofas ordered are made-to-order items, and as advertised on the product listing and reiterated within the order confirmation, these have an estimated dispatch time of up to 10 weeks. As we provide the estimated lead time at the point of purchase, we do not usually send additional updates unless there is a change or the order is ready for dispatch.
Approximately 6 weeks after placing the order, you contacted us to ask whether the 4-seater sofa could be manufactured as a split sofa after moving into your new property and realising access may be difficult. We immediately contacted Oswald & Pablo to arrange this amendment for you; however, we did advise at the time that this bespoke change would add a couple of additional weeks onto the estimated lead time. This is why delivery took slightly longer than the original estimated timeframe.
We can assure you that the statement regarding the order only being escalated following your communication is not accurate. When you contacted us regarding your order, this was over a weekend and Bank Holiday period when our office was closed. We responded on the next working day after speaking with the supplier, who confirmed at that point that your order was ready for dispatch.
We do sincerely apologise regarding the missing cushions. Unfortunately, the supplier omitted these from the original order in error. As soon as this was brought to our attention, three replacement cushions were dispatched immediately and delivered to you. The fourth cushion unfortunately needed to be newly manufactured, which meant it could not be sent at the same time.
In our last email update, we advised that the fourth cushion would need to go into production with the supplier and that you would be contacted as soon as it was ready for delivery.
We appreciate your feedback and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
