All out support
We were supported all the way from the time our order was placed until it reached our office. Despite the delays encountered because of COVID pandemic restrictions, Nathan was very helpful and prompt in responding to our emails considering the difference in our time zones.

Very trustworthy and accommodating
They were great to work with, very responsive and accommodating. All the equipment we ordered to be shipped to the Philippines arrived as expected despite all the challenges with the Philippine's Customs Office.

Quick, professional and polite
It's always reassuring to have our calls received very quickly. Our service provider, Nathan, seemingly had all the relevant information to hand and did not keep us on the phone longer than required.
