Surprise get away
Kateryna and Sophie were very helpful to me as I tried to sort out a surprise get away for my husband.
Our communication was through emails, phone calls and in person which was all clear and accurate.
The holiday was sorted out within two days and I would happily use Hays travel for future trips.

Great service
Our initial scope was quite broad and Isabelle did a great job of hearing our preferences and using them to eliminate the many options to get to a much more manageable number. She gave us the confidence that she understood the brief, and was decisive which quickly identified the perfect option.

Belated Honeymoon trip
We went in to book a trip to Italy flying into Rome and out of Naples with a few nights stay in each as we want to see the sights. We were served in a polite, relaxed and professional manner making the whole process very straight forward.
