Excellent customer service
Rebecca was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable when booking cruise for 2028. Hays Travel price matched another quote to secure business which in my opinion was brilliant customer service by retaining local clients. Communication and access face to face is excellent and would highly recommend.

Such a friendly welcoming atmosphere ! We have booked our cruises through Hays Travel Yate for many years now and never fail to be warmly welcomed.
