Lovely lady who helped us but the whole system for cruise booking was antiquated, actually she sat on the phone for ages trying to get through to Cunard. We were in the shop for 2 hours ! Gave us a fair price for the cruise in the end though

The staff at the spalding branch are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is to much trouble. They have patience to explain things to me as I have never been abroad before. Thank you to both staff that I have dealt with.
