We walked in to the shop and was asked straight away by a very helpful young lady called Emily , there was 4 of us wanting to go on the Norwegian Fjords Emily sorted us all out perfectly , she was very professional within doing her job also very polite and chatting to us all and explaining all we needed to know .

Booking holiday in Australia
I was at the Spalding branch of Hays to arrange booking of my trip to Australia next year.
The staff there were very friendly and helpful particularly Kayleigh who had to spend ages on the telephone making arrangement changes.
I got a really good trip organised with well timed flights and excellent accomodation at a really good price.
I cannot recommend this branch higher
