The girls in the shop were very friendly and made us feel so comfortable and we had a few children with us too they were great we were a large group as 5 families wanted to go they sorted our holiday out within a few hours at a great price .we paid deposits and all the girls said if we need any further help with the booking insurance travel cards etc we can call in anytime . We found our experiance exceptional above and beyond thankyou ladies in peterlee branch 😇

It was a really good experience and Bronia the travel agent was very good at her job because we hadn’t even planned to book a holiday when we went into hays travel and left with a holiday to Paris booked for December this year. She was really kind and let us know everything we needed to know to prepare for our trip in December.

We went into Hays Travel in Peterlee…
We went into Hays Travel in Peterlee last Wednesday 24th September and had a word with Jane Anderson the branch manager and left a list of requests for a holiday.
Jane rang with a list of options to look over and consider.
We returned on Friday afternoon and discussed the options and we booked up for a stay cruise in the Mediterranean.

Amazing deals and staff
Amazing as ever they are all super helpful. Lottie was brilliant at finding us the holiday that fit to us and nothing was a bother she was fab and Jane is always there to offer advice to us and always a friendly chat when we pop in.
