Nothing but the best service
Once again we were pleased with the service Hays provided. We had several questions that were worrying us about the type of room in the accommodation as it was unclear in the Tui booking website. Hays were sorting this out with Tui and we had to leave before it was confirmed by Tui but we were very happy with the booking which I am sure will be resolved shortly. All credit due to Amelia for the patience she showed

Jane has looked after us for a long time now and always provides excellent customer service. We explained what cruise we wanted and Jane sorted this out straight away for us. Great service.
