Really very disappointed in the…accommodation and location
Really very disappointed in the accommodation we stayed in in Paris advised by yourselves it was good and local to sightseeing unfortunately this was not the case
Also so frustrated that we went asked about transfers on arrival at Paris airport to get to our destination spent five hours trying to navigate this which meant we lost all of that day wasted

Booking a holiday with Hays
When I phoned all the booking staff were busy, however, I was assured someone would call me back. Within half an hour my holiday was booked and all confirmation was sent. Such friendly staff.
