I had such a positive experience with Hays Travel. I’ve now booked two holidays through them, and on both occasions the service was exceptional. The time, care, and attention to detail that went into helping me find the right holiday was second to none. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and polite throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

Adrienne at Hays Travel Magherafelt was excellent. I booked via Facebook Messenger which I'd never done before and it was seamless. Adrienne replied promptly to all messages and answered all of my questions. It felt like she was as excited about my holiday as I was! I would definitely book with Hays again in the future.
