I sent an email to Chelsey (Locksheath, Hants Branch) and the next day I had a comprehensive quote. I made one phone call to confirm the holiday and paid. The documents came through to my laptop the same day! I am delighted and would recommend Hays Travel for very friendly and super-fast service.

I can not fault the detail she provided at all stages from our initial conversation to booking and beyond.
