As always the standard of customer service is superb. The staff in the Locks Heath branch are so helpful and friendly. We could easily book our holidays online but to us popping into Hays to book, and having a chat with the ladies is all part of the holiday process.

Chelsey was well organised & happy to change anything that we wanted as we were involving many flights. Found the best one. Very thorough.

Chelsea was very helpful when we came in to book a short holiday, with a relatively quick departure date. I have some mobility issues, and she spent time and patience with us trying to find a suitable hotel, with only a few steps to climb, and no uneven surfaces to walk on. She eventually advised a cruise, as there wouldn't be a problem boarding a ship! She found the best cabin available, and even arranged assisted boarding to make certain I had any help I might need. Nothing was too much trouble, and we left knowing our holiday was booked, and nothing was overlooked. It was a pleasure to spend the time with Chelsey, knowing she had given us the most helpful advice, and service
