Great service as always at Hays Tom booked holiday and explained all that goes with it,first class service

Tom was great,we booked our holiday to Lanzarote last year,and managed to catch him this year to book for gran canaria next year,tom was very pleasant and chirpy,he explained everything thoroughly and made it a really easy decision for my wife and I to book our holiday

The cruise I was looking at but without success as no single cabins left. However we looked elsewhere with success even though I have to fly and change planes but suggested assistance. It all took nearly 2 hrs but she was so helpful she couldn’t have done more

Booked our holiday through the Hexham branch and can't recommend Thomas highly enough. Over four or five visits and phone calls he sorted every fiddly bit of it; flights, transfers, rooms, currency, the lot. Nothing was too much trouble.

What really stood out was that he wanted to find us the best holiday for our budget, not just push the easiest sale. He listened, chased down the details, and made the whole thing feel easy from start to finish.

Holiday's aren't cheap nowadays, so getting it right mattered, and Thomas made sure we did. Proper service!

We orinally went to visit alisha in hexham branch. She was really helpful as we had had a previous experience but it was before my child was diagnosed with autism, so we wanted to speak to someone rather than booking it on the internet, she was brilliant and we ended uo booking it the week after, also the manager was really helpful as she has had the same issues within her family. Alisha helped us find a perfect place, where we wanted to be and with the flight times that would be brilliant for us. Absoloutly brill loved the experience. Thankyou hexham branch

Tom listened carefully to what we wanted, suggested several options and worked with us to find a great 4 night break in Europe. Also the following day he helped us book a tour in Central America, with connecting flights to Heathrow with overnight accommodation. Nothing was an issue. Great service.
