We felt very comfortable and at ease when we booked our holiday with hays travel. Your agents were so friendly I think the young lady was Ruby, she was so helpful and sorted our holiday in no time at all. Ruby even sorted out our insurance too which was a great help and a good price too. Also the young man who put the app on our phone was so very helpful too.
