From the moment we walked into Hays ,we were made to feel welcome and stress free knowing we were in safe hands.Every thing went smooth,Louise is a very good listener and found exactly what we were looking for,this is our second holiday this year,and we are looking forward to it with confidence.

The problems with the war in the middle East and Sanem got Emirates to refund our money so we booked and paid for Madiera holiday and a Japan cruise for March 2027 well done Hayes Travel and Sanem

Excellent service. We had previously called into the Broughton branch and had such a poor experience that we nearly didn’t stop in Chester. I’m so glad we did. We had total flexibility on location , a budget and a room requirement, something which we’d been told in Broughton we’d need to narrow down before they could help. Nicola however was more than up for the challenge and within 20mins we’d booked. It was interest to observe that all of the obstacles presented to us in Broughton were easily overcome by Nicola, she just had to work the system a little bit harder but she was more than happy to do so, telling us it was her job to do it and give is inspiration!

We were planning a family holiday. The range of offers and the scale is both outstanding. Ms Faye Cameron was brilliant in making sure we got what we wanted. Thank you Hays…

Looking for help with a holiday destination we had yet to visit. We were ably assisted and advised on location. It was such a relief to be able to clear our minds and reach a new holiday arrangement that we could really look forward to experiencing.

Sanem made choosing and booking so easy, personal and caring. I raised concerns to her as first time travelling with our neurodivergent teenagers, Sanem asked what we required and took the time so she understood what and why we had to have certain conditions. Sanem then went above and beyond to arrange additional assistance that will really make our travel easier

We love meeting up with Nicola to do our travel insurance she is so reassuring on filling out the forms for us as we would not be able to navigate the forms we also do not own a computer but all the team greet us with a smile.

Posting glossy holiday adverts for Dubai while there is active war in the region feels tone deaf and inappropriate. People are suffering, families are being displaced, and this comes across as putting sales before basic human compassion.

Really disappointed in the lack of sensitivity shown here.

Hays staff are polite, friendly, helpful and are prompt at returning calls/emails. They are able to match online prices most of the time which means you have face to face customer service.
