Great service with Hays
Laura listened to our holiday requests, found lots of choices for us to view. We were able to book, our flights, hotel, insurance, park our car all in the same visit.

The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. As we are elderly we are sometimes ignored. Bethany dealt with us and she was excellent. All the girls acknowledged us when we walked through the door. Will be back for our next holiday . Thank you

I asked for some information and was given a comprehensive answer. So we booked a holiday to Krakow with no qualms.
We were served by a lovely young lady who asked about the type of holiday we were after and tailored or requirements accordingly. We can now not wait.
