Our holiday was booked very professionally and efficiently by Laura. An error on the part of the supplier was quickly corrected by Laura and new information was emailed to us immediately. We always feel well supported by the staff at Hays travel Catterick.

Stress free booking
So helpful in getting me a full refund for my airport parking when I had to cancel. After many problems with online booking for Ryan air, I’ve decided to book everything with a travel agent from now too. The lady couldn’t have been more helpful and took all my stress away. Thank you

Brodie was so helpful and patient while searching for holidays for us. She asked us lots of questions to see what we wanted from our holiday and even asked if we wanted a sand or shingle beach! Both the ladies that were working made my husband and I feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble! Keep up the great work girls, we will be back..!!
